The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE), LUMS, invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Chemical Engineering at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and internationally competitive research while supporting the continued development of our BS and PhD programmes.

Priority Areas of Expertise

Applications are particularly encouraged from candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Process Systems Engineering
• Chemical Process Control, Automation
• Artificial Intelligence and Data-Driven Chemical Engineering
• Chemical Plant Design

• Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in research, reflected by a strong publication record.
• Commitment to high-quality undergraduate and graduate teaching.
